BREAKFAST SPEAKER SERIES

The St. Joseph Safety and Health Council has assisted businesses and industries in Northwest Missouri with safety and health related issues since 1935.  The Council is committed to understanding the concerns of employers regarding worker safety, insurance costs, regulatory and other issues that impact our workplaces.

In 2015, the Safety Council is coordinating the Breakfast Speaker Series in coordination with the Midland Empire Safety Association.  Breakfast program are intended for safety managers, human resource personnel, safety team leaders, or anyone interested in learning about workplace safety issues, and is an event where they can come share a light breakfast and learn about different safety topics that impact our workplaces.  Each session will have a speaker address the featured topic and answer your questions, as well as provide time for networking with your peers.

The Breakfast Speaker Series occurs on the first Thursday of the month.  All programs will begin at 7:30 a.m. and will be held at the St. Joseph Safety & Health Council Office, United Way Conference Room located at 118 S. 5th St. in St. Joseph, unless otherwise noted.

The cost to attend is free for Safety Council Occupational Safety Members (please limit two attendees per company) and MESA members.  Non-members will be charged $10 per person. PLEASE NOTE:  If you RSVP to attend a program, but fail to attend or cancel 24 hours prior to the program, you will be invoiced $10 to cover food costs.

Please RSVP for each individual program by calling 816.233.3330 or email sjsc@stjoesafetycouncil.org no later than Tuesday, Noon, the week of the scheduled event.
